SUMMER BERRY SORBET


1. PLACE into food processor:
       1 quart fresh or frozen
       blackberries
       1/8 cup lemon juice
       1/8 cup orange juice
       ½ tsp cinnamon
       ¼ tsp nutmeg
2. BLEND till smooth


3. COMBINE in saucepan:
       ½ cup sugar
       2/3 cups water
       1 Tbsp orange and lemon peel

BOIL and stir; cool. Add to
     berries and place in ice cream
     maker. Process for
     approximately 20 minutes.
