GREEN TEA POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE


"Healthful antioxidants from all three-- green tea, strawberries and pomegranate juice."

1 cup chilled brewed green tea
1 1/2 cups frozen fruit, such as strawberries
1/2 cup juice (pomegranate or blueberry-pomegranate blend)
1/4 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
(Sweeten to taste according to individual preference, eg with brown sugar or other sweetener)

 Blend in blender.  Makes 2 -12 oz servings.
